David B Lo – President, Founder and Board member
Experienced manager specializing in Ecommerce, software engineering and project management. More than 25 years in related disciplines working for various high tech firms such as Vicinity Corp (acquired by Microsoft), HP, Informix, DHL, Amdahl, Ingres, Boeing, and Control Data as Application development manager, Ecommerce project manager, Sr Oracle DBA, Technical Lead and Software Engineer. Broad mix of diverse managerial and technical skills.

Jerry Pohorsky – Board Member
Jerry Pohorsky is former President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the (non-profit) Electric Auto Association (EAA), a volunteer position. He also serves as chair of the EAA Plug-in Hybrid Special Interest Group. He has been driving electric vehicles since 1999. He has bought, repaired and sold several electric vehicles and has been an adviser to other electric vehicle enthusiasts. Jerry has written several articles for the EAA Current EVents monthly newsletter and served a 3 year term on the EAA Board of Directors. He also appeared briefly in the Sony Classics movie, “Who Killed the Electric Car?”, and delivered comments to the California Air Resources Board during their Zero Emission Vehicle Mandate Public Hearings in 2003.
Jerry has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering from Cal Poly State University (San Luis Obispo) and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Santa Clara University. He is currently employed as a senior test engineer at General Electric Security – Homeland Protection, Inc. in Newark, CA. Previously, Jerry worked as a test engineer at Sun Microsystems, Siemens Communications and IBM.

Josh Weinstein has over 10 years experience in Web and Internet applications. He has worked in development, product management, quality control, and marketing efforts for several California companies, including Borland International, Mentor Technology Group, and Vicinity Corporation (which was bought by Microsoft Mappoint™ for $96 Million USD). He worked in Silicon Valley on projects for clients in the automotive, banking, health-care, high-tech, hospitality, insurance, and retail sectors, including Wells Fargo Bank, Ford Motor Company, Toyota, Lexus, Yahoo!, Seagate, and Starbucks. He has taught “Silicon Valley” style programming and management to Graduate and Undergraduate Software Engineering students and has natural talent for spotting global trends. He learned HTML in 1994, moved to Silicon Valley in 1996, before the rest of the world caught “Silicon Valley” mania, and moved to China is 2002, before the the rest of the world caught “China mania”. He is currently employed by an American Automotive Services Company which is attempting to break into the Chinese Market.
