The Battery Show, co-located with the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Conference

returns to Novi, Michigan, September 16-18!

Building on the success of our 2013 event, The Battery Show, and co-located Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Conference will offer three days of unrivalled learning and networking, alongside the largest battery supply chain exhibition in North America.

Driven by regulatory and environmental policies, consumer demands and technology advancements, automotive OEMs, utility companies and the battery supply chain that serve them face a number of challenges in trying to drive innovation and deliver value to customers, all the while carefully managing cost. The entire supply chain is under immense pressure to improve efficiency, drive down cost and thereby make environmentally friendly, sustainable vehicle, power and battery choices a viable option for consumers and businesses. But meeting market demands at a price that makes sense for suppliers is no easy task, and calls for an understanding of issues impacting the entire supply chain.

The Battery Show and Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology conferences are specifically designed to examine the key business and technical issues impacting the industry; helping delegates understand and manage the impact of regulatory requirements, comply with safety standards, discover the potential of emerging technologies and chemistries, and improve understanding of growth markets and applications. With three parallel tracks, the two collocated conferences offer a unique opportunity for both business-minded and technical professionals to discuss the key issues and make new contacts, and also view and experience technologies in the exhibition.
The 2014 program provides:

Honest market appraisals, trends and forecasts to help you leverage growth opportunities
Regulatory and standard updates to help you make the right technology choices and employ the correct testing methods and processes to ensure compliance
The latest R&D insights into emerging technologies, chemistries and materials
An experience-rich range of perspectives from across the battery and automotive supply chain, government and academic institutions
