Tesla opened six free Supercharger stations in Norway, which can charge the battery of Tesla’s Model S electric vehicle. These charger stations became the first that American automaker has opened in Europe.

Chargers appeared in Lyngdal, Aurland, Dombås, Gol, Cinderella and Lillehammer. Tesla representatives noted that these cities are located close to the most lively and busy roads in Norway. Furthermore, 90 percent of the citizens live within 320 kilometers of newly opened stations, and 60 percent of Norway’s land is nearly in the same distance.
