Electric Vehicles: Creating the Infrastructure, a panel discussion scheduled Saturday, Sept. 28th at 11:30 a.m. will look at the effort to bring electric vehicles into the mainstream through incentives, infrastructure like charging stations, solar parking lots, and financing of charging stations.
