She’s done everything from forecasting and analyzing market data and consumer behavior to running broad consumer-focused dealer programs,” said Mariana Gerzanych, CEO and co-founder of 350Green. “Although we are an infrastructure provider, understanding the EV driver and partnering with EV dealers will be key to our growth.”

“After years on the vehicle side planning and launching the Nissan LEAF, I’m excited to be out here on the customer side, helping new owners get connected to what’s going to be the fastest, easiest way to charge their car,” Lam said. “350Green’s approach to making charging locations widespread and convenient will accelerate adoption of EV technologies, which is something I’ve worked on for years.”

At 350Green, Lam is responsible for all aspects of the subscription service plan’s sales lifecycle for new and existing customers. Lam will be focused on implementing strategies and overseeing the merchandising, promotion, strategy and 350Green’s in-house sales team to maximize the conversion of leads to contract customers.

In her nine years with Nissan, Lam worked in the areas of brand strategy, market research, pricing, product planning, project management and volume and workforce forecasting. She also managed the marketing programs that Nissan ran for its dealerships across North America, which included an engagement and education campaign designed to introduce the LEAF and electric-car charging to drivers.

Most recently as chief marketing manager for Nissan Canada, Lam led the company to a successful launch of the Nissan LEAF, as she was head of the company-wide electric vehicle cross-functional team. In addition to the LEAF, Lam was also responsible for the sales and profitability of four other vehicle portfolios — the Juke, Cube, Rogue and Murano. Lam was the key liaison for all coordinated efforts between the Canadian and U.S. marketing efforts.

Earlier in her career with Nissan, Lam was the Senior Manager, Corporate Planning & Market Intelligence, overseeing the industry forecasting process as well as consumer market research. She has also supported R&D and the planning/budgeting process as a brand manager.
