To perform the third phase of its testing program, which will also be the last, with about ten Mitsubishi i-MiEV, the energy supplier Hydro-Québec has given the keys to these cars to a selection of companies.
This program was launched in 2010 and will end in 2013. Driver satisfaction, such as driving habits is the main purpose of these tests, also monitoring the needs of charging cycles, and the interface of the vehicle with the electrical network.
Managing the project, Hydro-Québec has launched a call for subscriptions in June 2011, following what they selected Astral Boutique Mother and Foams, College Edouard Montpetit, Bell, La Résidence des Berges, Bombardier Transportation, Hamelin Enterprises, Metro, Pratt & Witney Canada, and finally, Sandoz Canada.
