NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — KB Home /quotes/comstock/13*!kbh/quotes/nls/kbh (KBH 17.64, +0.16, +0.92%) said Tuesdasy it’ll begin offering an option to pre-wire its new homes to accommodate charging stations for electric vehicles. “This new earth-friendly option is designed to ease the future installation of a station to charge an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle conveniently at home,” the Los Angeles company said.
